About the Event
Cacao is a beautiful medicine used by ancient civilisations to open the heart centre. Cacao ceremonies were sacred rituals, often combined with music, dance, celebration and meditation.
Cacao helps us connect to a gentle, loving awareness, releasing blocked energy and emotions. It also contains a long list of powerful antioxidants, has numerous health benefits and, being the purest form of chocolate, tastes delicious!
Tonight we connect our deepest intentions with the spirit of Cacao. Following an explanation about the history and health benefits of this sacred substance, each person will receive a delicious dose of Ceremonial Cacao, followed by a guided meditation and a deep, relaxing Gong Bath.
There will also be the opportunity to purchase Ceremonial Grade Cacao in bags of 500g (£30) . Please bring cash on the day.
