Sometimes we get stuck because memories, traumas or external interferences are in our way. Shamanic practice is about activating and aligning the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical elements of the entire body. The physical body acts like a siren for our energetic health and often, because we are not so aware of our other bodies, we wait until something erupts physically before addressing an issue. When working with Shamanically we access the full energy system, unlocking timeless information lodged in your field and activating the personal instructions within you, which already know how to self heal. This often involves the release of straggling images from the past, in this life or others, and energies that have attached to places of vulnerability. The purpose of this work is to help you engage with your source connection to strengthen your natural immune system and prevent such interferences repeating. 

There are many different approaches to a single issue and using intuitive guidance we find the ones most appropriate for you at any given time. A Shamanic Activation involves consulting my Mesa (medicine bundle) to see which therapy calls in the moment. Online consultations are possible although not all therapies can be offered remotely. On average sessions take 1 hour.
